Corporate Wellness: A Corporate Wellness Program can include some or all of the following programs / activities.
Mindfulness Classes –
An opportunity available to staff who wish to practice mindfulness, or opportunities to develop calm and peace within themselves. The implementation of these types of programmes can help to reduce stress, which in turn helps to reduce days off due to illness. This can be done through scientifically proven practices. Meditation can benefit in countless ways:
- Emotional Intelligence: After meditating, one may find themselves much more in tune with not only their own emotions, but also the emotions of others. By demonstrating greater empathy, one is able to connect to their students (teachers) or employees (management) better.
- Presence: By being in tune with the present, one is able to hyper-focus and place their attention on what needs to be done, when it needs to be done while avoiding unnecessary distractions.
- Listening: After meditating, one may find themselves listening attentively; seeking to understand. By fostering a safe environment where employees talk openly about how others are affecting them or how the demands of the job are weighing on them, trust is built and communication improves.
- Sense of Purpose: Through meditation, one may find greater clarity on their sense of purpose as we declare the vision for our lives. Towards that end, the work that one does every day becomes more meaningful and one exemplifies passion and creativity at powerful levels, inspiring others to do the same.

Physical Workout Classes:
Our corporate wellness programs also include exercise classes, and considering the amount of time spent in workplaces, it makes sense to offer a workplace wellness program that is also targeted towards physical health. This has an effect in improving overall well being, and productivity through a healthy workplace resulting in a healthy employee.
As with a structured mindfulness program, to assist with better mental and thought related management practice, an exercise program can assist employees and management in numerous ways as well.

Our corporate wellness programs include talks and or workshops. This format of event is designed to introduce staff, employees or management to new concepts ideas. These are ways of inspiring staff to further develop themselves, with the workshops we incorporate activities and practices to best ensure an overall understanding and grasp of the new concept or idea.
The inclusion of a monthly workshop / talk program ensures the following:
* Increased job satisfaction and morale among employees.
* Increased employee motivation.
* Increased efficiencies in strategies related to stress management.
