With this 1 on 1, Online (Via Skype) or Online Course (Coming Soon) I introduce you to new ideas, ways of thinking and practices to begin your journey into discovery a New and Better you!

In this course we introduce you to the concepts of mindfulness and how you can use it in your life to better help you to become a better you. We also apply and teach others aspects of personal development, with the understanding we are teaching you how to become your own teacher. To identify that you and ONLY you can heal, train and transform yourself. We will introduce you to the ideas, techniques and practices in order for YOU to accomplish this.

The mindfulness aspects of this course will focus on:
*The Core concepts and main ideas. With an introduction to some basic mindfulness techniques to begin using.
In better being able to use mindfulness in your everyday, it is important to better understand the concept, and begin using some basic techniques everyday to gain a better experiential understanding.
* We will touch on Using mindfulness in relation to self. Understanding and using mindfulness to help you to realise how you see yourself, and how to create new conditioned behavioural patterns through your awareness.

We introduce all participants to new ideas, ways of thinking and practices that they can apply, practice in their day to best understand how something works. To understand something intellectually is good, but to understand it experientially as well is SO MUCH better. This kind of practice leads to self realisation, to a holistic grasp of how a new idea can and does work for you!

Every class we continue the teaching, with an opportunity to discuss how the previous weeks practice / technique (homework) was applied in ones daily life, how it worked or didn't and then an opportunity to improve, develop and learn more towards developing and creating the best YOU possible.

2. Using Mindfulness in Relation to Self

This section covers how using mindfulness can help you to realise how you see yourself, and how to create new conditioned behavioural patterns through your awareness. 
This also includes mindful exercise, understanding how and why more mindful exercise can be a great deal more effective in improving your overall physical exercise goals. 
We continue the exploration into sections 3 & 4. Classes 8-14 (Level 1)

Using Mindfulness in Relation to Others

This section covers understanding how we relate to others in our lives, through becoming more aware of ourselves and our reactions and choices in relation to others. ​
We delve deeper into ourselves, and our own relationships. Identifying areas where we can be more mindful and in turn find, create and sustain more harmonious relationships.

Using Mindfulness in Relating to the Past

This section, ensure we better understand how our past determines how we see the present. In order to evolve and keep moving forward and growing. We need to understand this, and learn how to let it go and recondition our thinking into new patterns of effective behaviour and response.
