2019 - NEPAL SPIRITUAL TRAVEL ADVENTURE
Join us for a FUTURE trip, NEPAL may be one of our next again, as we explore the beautiful mountains and cities of Nepal on the Poonhill Trek. The trek is a 4 – 5 day hike in the Annapurna mountain range in Nepal. Only moderate level of fitness required, and the max elevation is 3,210 meters (so there’s no real risk of altitude sickness). Although you will still need to ensure you have a relative level of fitness.
We begin everyday with a relaxing stretch / yoga routine designed to gets a warm and ready for the hike to come. Then we end off the day with a relaxing mindfulness meditation to allow us to sink into moment, beauty and magic of Nepal. We may also do some mindfulness walking meditations, and or appreciation meditations when we find a spot steeped in beauty.

Testimonials from those who attended Nepal 2018-
Daya Underwood Nepal is a beautiful country and the Poonhill hike is certainly a wonderful setting where one can get in touch with their inner being and deeply reflect on life and its blessings in a big way. I am grateful for this experience and thank JOD for having organized the trip. As the “out-of-shape” participant mentioned in the 2018 travel blog, I promise to aim for a higher level of fitness should I join you in future trekking adventures... Namaste. |
