Mindful Coaching "Body & Mind"Mindfulness is the act of being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling at every moment — without interpretation or judgment.
The incorporation of this technique into an exercise routine can make a workout that much more powerful and effective. In my Mindful Coaching - I offer opportunities to use mindfulness within a physical body exercise plan, or through mind training (to achieve greater peace and balance) or a combination of both. Meditation Classes
In our classes we teach & explore our inner stillness and calm, learn to train our minds to find calm and peace in the moment. Every class we practice mindfulness meditation where we can develop the ability to become and remain mindful and aware of the present moment as well as our thoughts. In doing so we become more conscious of our thinking and how we can begin to develop our thinking to better serve us.
