Mindfulness coaching are private training sessions, involving the combination of both mindfulness mind and body training.

What is Mindful "Mind" Training?


Mindfulness is a psychological process of bringing one's attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which one can develop through the practice of meditation and through other training.

The consistent practice of this exercise helps one to develop a greater sense of peace, calm and balance in any and all situations. 

This private session can be to assist you in attaining this state of mind through the session itself, or to develop this ability oneself through the coaching.

Mindful "Mind" Exercise

Mindfulness "Mind" training, is about developing techniques to allow one to find a greater sense of peace and balance in the moment. These sessions will also assist one in better preparing for a day, or helping to unwind after a particularly rough day.

The purpose of these sessions to help train you to develop these skills within yourself, without the need for a trainer.
By being aware of the moment, and simply observing without reaction we develop an ability to observe objectively. Without judgement and in doing so, we condition these same skills within our behaviour to any and all experiences we encounter. Wether labelled as "good" or "bad". 

What is Mindful "Body" Exercise?


Mindfulness is the act of being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling at every moment — without interpretation or judgment.
The incorporation of this technique into an exercise routine can make a workout that much more powerful and effective.

Mindful "Body" Exercise

When training with me, I will ensure that every moment of your workout is dedicatd to the development of your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, fitness or health). The idea of mindful exercise is the process of ensuring you placing all your awareness and focus on using those tools that can assist you in reaching your fitness and health related goals that much faster.
With the incorporation of visualisation we ensure every moment spent exercising (rest too) contributes to your workout and progress. Forget "No pain, no gain." Scientists are proving that simply visualising what you want can help make it a reality.  Well, we incorporate both - Physical activity with a visualisation program to double the effects of your workout.

With mindfulness and visualisation added to your physical exercise routine you create a complete holistic workout that is focused and a great deal more effective.

Our exercise programs are designed to train your physical muscles, but also the most important muscle of ALL, the one where all our gains come from. The BRAIN!

PACKAGE OPTIONS

These packages are specific to either mindful body exercise or only mindful mind coaching or both combined. These packages are for private sessions.

MINDFUL BODY EXERCISE PACKAGE


Individual Session only = 25BD

This package: Mindful Body Exercise includes only mindful based "body" exercise with an element of mindfulness "mind" training associated with physical exercise.
​2 x classes per week, focused on the area that "you" the client would like to develop.
(Total of 8 classes per month)



Cost associated with this package = 200BD / month

MINDFUL "MIND" PACKAGE


 This package: Mindful Mind includes only mindfulness meditation exercise and practice. These mindfulness practices / private sessions will be further broken down into other areas of mental / emotional development.
2 x classes per week, focused attaining a clearer and calmer state of mind. With the intention of developing this skill within oneself. 
(Total of 8 classes per month)

Cost associated with this package = 200BD / month

* Alternatively - If you only require one session a week, per session the cost is 25BD / session.

MINDFUL BODY & MIND COACHING PACKAGE


This package: Mindful Body & Mind includes BOTH mindful based "body" exercise as well as "mind" in the form of meditation sessions, ALL with an element of mindfulness training to achieve holistic mind and body health. 

​- 2 x classes per week, 1  x class focused on physical mindful exercise and the other focused towards meditation. 
(Total of 8 classes per month) 
 = 200BD / month.

- 3 x classes per week, 2  x classes focused on physical mindful exercise and the other focused towards meditation.
(Total of 12 classes per month)  = 260BD / month.

- 4 x classes per week, 2  x classes focused on physical mindful exercise and one focused towards meditation, and a final class targeted towards coaching of the techniques. This involves both theoretical and physical practice.
(Total of 16 classes per month)  = 320BD / month.

* If you wish to reverse 2 x "body" exercises sessions for 2 x "mind" sessions that is perfectly doable.
