Talks / Workshops
For 2-3 weekends a month we hold talks to discuss and touch on various interesting topics. Workshops tp introduce challenge you to try and learn new teachiques that help you grow emotionally, physically and spiritually. Challenge your view point, or introduce yourself to a new idea or way of thinking.
